I’m a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Certified Nutrition Coach (CNC) through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) — one of the most respected organizations in the fitness industry. NASM is known for its evidence-based curriculum and high standards in trainer education.
I’m also ViPR Level 1 certified, which means I’ve been trained in loaded movement training — a functional fitness approach that improves strength, mobility, and coordination through dynamic, real-life movement patterns.
These certifications ensure that every workout is safe, effective, and tailored to your individual needs and goals.
